House Democrats have released an image of a sexually suggestive birthday note that appears to bear Donald Trump’s signature, found within Jeffrey Epstein’s so-called “Birthday Book.” The note, sketched inside a drawing of a woman’s torso, depicts an imagined exchange between Trump and Epstein. Trump has previously denied writing or drawing the note, dismissing it as fake.

The materials were turned over by lawyers for Epstein’s estate in response to a congressional subpoena. Committee members confirmed that the “Birthday Book,” titled The First Fifty Years, contained numerous explicit drawings, images, and letters from prominent individuals. Among the contributors listed were Bill Clinton, Leon Black, Alan Dershowitz, Peter Mandelson, and Les Wexner.

Trump’s team has disputed the authenticity of the note and questioned the signature’s validity, though handwriting comparisons suggest it resembles Trump’s earlier style. The former president has repeatedly denied authorship and launched a defamation lawsuit, seeking damages over reporting on the matter.

The House oversight committee continues to review the Epstein files, as lawmakers press for greater transparency on Epstein’s connections and activities. Epstein, who maintained ties with several influential figures, died in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
